We are so very proud of Mr. and Mrs. Tate\u2019s daughter, Jodi, for her amazing accomplishments over nearly three decades in NASCAR. The sport has grown exponentially during this time, and Jodi stands tall as one of the few female team owners in the sport.<\/p>\n

“There are intelligent, hard-working women who are coming into the sport. And I think they\u2019re welcomed. I don\u2019t see any difference at this point in gender, I really don\u2019t. I would love to see more women in this sport. It\u2019s a small group right now, but I see it growing. I think we all have different personalities, and we bring something different to the table, and see things from a different perspective, a unique view, and I think that would help the sport grow, continuing to see women entering into it.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
