Tate’s Welcomes Sous Chef Brian Andler to Lunch Service! Brian is a culinary enthusiast originally from North Dakota who has spent the majority of his life in South Florida. He kickstarted his culinary career in high school at a trade school and later graduated from Florida Culinary with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. With over 20 years of experience working in fine dining restaurants throughout Palm Beach and Nantucket Island, Brian has honed his skills in creating exquisite dishes.

Recently relocating to Knoxville with his family, Brian is thrilled to explore the culinary scene in this new city. Outside of the kitchen, he treasures spending quality time with his loved ones. In his leisure hours, Brian indulges in the art of Bonsai and finds joy in operating remote-control cars and drones. Passionate about his craft and hobbies, Brian brings creativity and dedication to everything he pursues.
